Heard Mr. Kashi Naresh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. K.P. Pathak, learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the court below to expedite the S.S.T. No.96 of 2018 (State Vs. Smt. Suman and another), arising out of Case Crime No.647 of 2018, under Section 302 I.P.C. & Sections 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station-Banna Devi, DistrictAligarh, pending before IInd Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act, Aligarh, within stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
