1-The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by Additional Principal Court No.1 (Family Court) Firozabad in Case No. 1046 of 2022 (Vikash Baghel Vs. Smt. Shashi), under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C., pending before Family Court Firozabad.
2-At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defect in prayer clause, he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars.
3-Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of the applicant.
4-Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
5-OfÏce is directed to return the certified copy of the documents, if any, to the counsel for applicant within three days after retaining photocopies of the same on record.
