Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

The applicants has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Special Case No. 760 of 2022 (State vs. Suresh and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 401 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (Da), 3 (1) (Dha) and 3 (2) (Va) SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station Nakur, District Saharanpur, pending in the Court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, District Saharanpur, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
