Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.1156 of 2018 (Preeti Chauhan vs. Shiv Kumar and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 406 of I.P.C., Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj, District Kasganj.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is husband of opposite party No.2 and the parties have amicably settled the dispute outside the Court. A copy of the compromise has been filed as Annexure-5 to the affidavit filed in support of this application. As per the compromise, the opposite party No.2 has compromised the matter with the applicant and she does not want to proceed further with the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order on the next date fixed. It is, therefore, expected that the trial court may fix a date for the verification of the compromise entered into between the parties and pass an appropriate order to that effect within next four weeks. It shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh application U/S 482 at that stage for the relief sought herein.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of .

For a period of five weeks, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant.
