Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of case being Sessions Trial No. 1030 of 2022 (State vs. Guddoo & others) arising out of case crime no. 530 of 2021, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 308, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Highway, District Mathura pending in the court of Session Judge, Mathura within a time bound frame.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is complainant in this case. On the first information report dated 16.05.2021, chargesheet has been submitted against the applicant, on which cognizance was taken on 17.09.2022 and charge was framed against the accused persons on 11.11.2022 but till date, only one prosecution witness has been examined.
Learned A.G.A. states that no useful purpose would be served in issuing notice to opposite parties and keeping this application pending before this Court and it may be disposed of at this stage itself.
Considering the limited grievance of the learned counsel for the applicant, learned trial court is directed to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of .
