Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application under section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the court below to consider the bail application of the complaint case no.724 of 2013 (Gutta Vs. Chandrapal and others) under sections 323, 504 IPC and section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Jewar, District Gautam Budh Nagar in the light of guidelines laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another (Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.5191 of 2021 decided on 7.10.2021.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions has stated that he does not want to press the other prayers made in the instant application and submits that the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below and apply for bail and that his bail application be disposed of in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.

Per contra, learned AGA has no objection to the said prayer.

In view of the aforesaid facts, in case, the applicant appears/ surrenders before the court below and applies for bail within three weeks from today, his bail application be considered and decided in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 , after hearing both the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, this application under Section 482 CrPC is finally disposed off.
