1-The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.05.2023 in Miscellaneous Case No. 96 of 2023, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. (Dashrath Prasad Vs. Smt. Saroj and others), Police Station-Karwi, District-Chitrakoot, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot.
2-At the outset Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application.
3-Learned A.G.A. has not objection to such prayer of the applicant.
4-In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
