The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Moti Lal, Parma @ Prema, Kailash, Bheem and Munna, with the prayer to quash the cognizance order dated 28.10.2022 passed in Case No. 3900 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 128 of 2020, State vs. Moti Lal and others, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 325, 308, 188 I.P.C. and Section 51-B Apada Adhiniyam, pending before the J.M., Kasya, District Kushi Nagar, and with further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case.
Since there is no one to represent the applicants and argue the matter, the present application is dismissed in non prosecution.
