Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
In view of the above statement, this application under Section 482 CrPC is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return back the certified copy of the impugned orders to learned counsel for the applicant as per Rules.
