By means of this application, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the impugned summoning order dated 14.3.2023 passed by the learned Ist Additional civil Judge (Senior Division)/A.C.J.M, Amroha in Complaint Case No. 1251 of 2023 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1251 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504, 506 IPC, police station Amroha Dehat, district Amroha.
At the outset Shri Sandeep Saxena, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants do not want to press this application and therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to such prayer.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
