This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 01.05.2023 passed by Additional Session Judge, Room No. 3, Amroha in Criminal Revision No. 187/2022 (Smt. Saroj Versus State of U.P. & others) and order dated 25.06.2022 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Amroha in Criminal Case No. 203/2022 (State of U.P. versus hookan & Others) under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code, Police Station-Mahila That, District-J.P. Nagar(Amroha) only to that extent non-summoning the accused-opposite party NO. 2 & 3 under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506, 354(kha), I.P.C. It is further prayed to direct the learned trial court to summon the accused-opposite party No. 2 & 3.
Considering the facts and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
