1. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeing quashing of the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1708 of 2022 arising out of Charge Sheet dated 29.09.2022 submitted in Case Crime No.44 of 2020 under Sections 13(1)(b), 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station G.R.P. Mathura Junction, District Mathura as well as cognizance and summoning order dated 03.10.2022 pending before the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Meerut.
2. The petitioner has been found to be in possession of Rs.5,55,286/movable/immovable assets more than that of his known sources of income. The petitioner has been employed as Police Constable in G.R.P. The investigating officer after collecting the evidence has filed charge-sheet against the petitioner.
