Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

In compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.5.2023, interim maintenance application moved by the applicant has been disposed of by the Principle Judge, Family Court No.2, Meerut and a compliance report to this effect is available on record.

At this stage, only prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the applicants to expedite the matter, which is pending since 2020 and has not been disposed of on merits as yet, and decide the same within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, the learned Additional Principle Judge, Family Court No.2, Meerut is directed to decide the criminal complaint case no.323 of 2020 (Smt. Dolly Chaudhary Vs. Ajay Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station T.P. Nagar, District Meerut of the applicant expeditiously, preferably, within a period six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

Both the parties are hereby directed to cooperate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid complaint and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a criminal case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and execution authorities, advocates, parties to the case, staff are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case.

With the aforesaid direction, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
