"1. Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, learned AGA for the State.
2. In the instant case, notice was issued to opposite party no.2 on 18.12.2006 and the proceedings against the applicant nos.2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 were stayed. However, the proceedings against the applicant no.1 were directed to be continued.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he is not aware about the status of the parties. As per his instructions, applicant nos.1, 2 and 3 have already expired. He seeks further time to take instruction with regard to the applicant nos.4, 5 and 6.
4. The interim protection granted to the applicant nos.4, 5 and 6 is also vacated.
5. Registrar compliance is directed to inform about the vacation of the interim order against applicant nos.4, 5 and 6 to the trial court concerned.
6. Put up this matter on 23.11.2023 peremptorily.
7. This case shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench."
