Heard Mr. Jagdish Prasad Mishra, the learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.A. for State.
At the very outset, the learned counsel for applicants contends that there are inherent mistakes in this application. It cannot be cured by filing an amendment application or a supplementary affidavit.
He, therefore, submits that present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer made by the learned counsel for applicants is not opposed by the learned A.G.A.
In view of above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the learned counsel for applicants after obtaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
