Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J.
1. The present application is being filed by the respondent seeking a relief for early disposal of the sessions trial no. 558 of 2023 State v. Vikas & Others arising out of Case Crime No. 206 of 2018 under Sections 498-A, 302 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S.- Puwayan, District- Shahjahanpur.
2. This Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 had directed the Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur to submit a report thereafter, a fresh report has been called upon. The Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur has sent a report on 23.05.2023 stating that all efforts are being taken for early disposal of the matter.
3. I direct the Sessions Judge to expedite the trial expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment..
4. The application is accordingly, disposed of.
