Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C./Judicial Magistrate Hapur in Complaint Case No.966 of 2021 (Tarun Gera Vs. Shobhit and others), under Sections 467, 469 I.P.C., Police Station-Hapur Nagar, District-Hapur, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C./Judicial Magistrate Hapur.
At the outset learned counsel for the applicant gave up his challenge to the aforesaid prayer and confined his submission, requesting that a direction may be issued to the concerned court below to decide the application dated 19.04.2022, for bringing certain documents on record, within stipulated period.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the application so filed by learned counsel for the applicants is not maintainable, therefore, the relief as prayed cannot be granted.
Accordingly, the same is rejected as not maintainable.
