At the outset, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned dated 06.08.2019, the applicant has a remedy to file a revision.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he intends to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a revision against the impugned order.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Let the certified copy of the documents, if any, be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant as per the rules of the Court.
