This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the court below to decide the Special Session Trial No. 582 of 2022 (State Vs. Vijay Kumar Agrahari) arising out of Case Crime No. 16 of 2022, under sections 323, 504, 427 IPC and 3(1)(dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station Farenda, District Maharajganj, pending in the court of Special Judge Exclusive Special Court (SC/ST) Act/Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Maharajganj, within stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
