Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, no one appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application. Sri B.B. Upadhyay, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Haseen, Shanu, Asif@Ashiq with the prayer to quash the non bailable warrants dated 09.8.2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2016, under Sections 147, 352, 323, 504, 506, 364 I.P.C., P.S. Delhi Gate, District Aligarh, in S.T. No. 611 of 2017, State vs. Arshlan and others, pending before the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 15, Aligarh and with the further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid session trial, during pendency of the present application.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the impugned order. He states that the purpose of the applicants would be served if they are permitted to appear before the subordinate court within a period of two weeks from today and file a regular bail application but till then the non-bailable warrants as issued may be kept in abeyance.
