Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner wants expeditious disposal of Original Suit No.- 115 of 2022, pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Shahganj, Jaunpur.
No statistics have been placed before this Court regarding other pending suits before the court concerned nor, any special case has been made out in the entire petition so as to prioritize hearing of this suit over and above other pending suits.
In such above view of the matter, no direction can be passed for disposal of suit in a time bound period and that too when the suit is pending since 2022 only.
This Court declines to grant indulgence in this matter at this stage.
Accordingly, the case is consigned to records.
