The petitioner wants expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No. 226 of 2021, pending in the court of Civil Judge, Junior Divsion, Jaunpur.
Be that as it may, since no statistics has brought on record regarding pendency of other suit proceedings in the said court, nor any special and justi&able reason has been assigned in the pleadings, nor special circumstances are demonstrated through the pleadings so as to prioritize trial of the present suit over and above other suits pending before the concerned court.
The petition is accordingly dismissed and consigned to records at this stage.
