Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and Sri Chhedi Lal Pandey, counsel for the respondent no. 2 and perused the materials available on record.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court no. 6, Shahjahanpur in Criminal Revision No. 13 of 2019 (Veerbhan and others vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as order dated 14.11.2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur in Complaint Case no. 962 of 2018, under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Katra, District Shahjahanpur (Smt. Priyanka Singh vs. Veerbhan Singh and others) whereby petitioners and one Ram Singh were summoned as accused to face trial for chargeS under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act; the petitioners were summoned by the court below after perusal of complaint and statement of complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and that of witnesses Sanjeev and Mukesh under Section 202 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of present writ petition a compromise was reached between the contesting parties and the parties appeared before the court concerned and filed a compromise petition as per direction of this Court and same was verified by learned court below on 12.9.2022; a copy of court's order alongwith compromise accompanied by letter of learned Magistrate regarding verification of compromise has been filed through supplementary affidavit.

Learned counsel for private respondent and learned AGA has no objection to the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and it is admitted by the parties that matrimonial disputes between the parties have been settled by way of compromise and no dispute remains at present.

In view of the above, order dated 18.10.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court no. 6, Shahjahanpur as well as

order dated 14.11.2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur are hereby set aside.

The writ petition is disposed off, accordingly.
