Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayer:-

"Issue an order or direction to direct to decide the Complainant Case No. 153 of 2021 (Smt. Ragini Richariya Vs. Vinayak Kori) filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, pending before court of the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi, expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi to decide the Complainant Case No. 153 of 2021 (Smt. Ragini Richariya Vs. Vinayak Kori) filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to opposite party and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case adjournment is granted, Court shall record the reasons for the same. The court shall transmit compliance report of order to this Court.
