Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"I. Issue an order or direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Budaun to expedite Original Suit No. 253/2001 (Rajvir Singh vs. Late Naresh Pal Singh and others) within stipulated time as specified by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that the suit is pending since the year 2001 and the same is not being decided.
I have perused the order-sheet that has been enclosed with this petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is requested to endeavour to proceed with the case without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of .
