Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers:-
"a) issue any other order or direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chhibramau, Kannauj to conclude/decide the Civil Suit No. 57 of 2021 (Bechulal and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) expeditiously within stipulated period.
(b) issue any other order or direction in the nature of directing the respondents No. 2 and 3 not to make interference in the peaceful possession of petitioners on the ancestral land at Gata No. 1437 having area 12.58 Ekad (एकड़) situated in Vill - Uncha, Tehsil - Chhibramau, District Kannauj."
The suit has admittedly been filed in the year 2021 and the petitioners have come to this Court for the aforesaid direction. I have perused the order-sheet and find that there is no cause for interference.
The petition is without any merit and is, accordingly, dismissed .
The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned court within fifteen days.
