"i) Issue an appropriate order or direction to set aside the orders dated 5.1.2023, 30.1.2023, 23.1.2023 and 22.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hathras in Original Suit No. 261 of 2007 (Ramesh Chandra and others Vs. Vinod and others) (Annexure no. 3,6,10 and 14) respectively to this petition."
