Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle bearing number U.P.91-D-4938 was released by concerned police station in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 19.07.2023 and now petitioner has no grievance and no cause of action survives.
In view of statement of learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
