Heard Sri K.K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dhirendra Bahadur Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Hitesh Pachori and Sri Dharam Veer Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned AGA for the State. Perused the record.

Present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 23.12.2021 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C., Firozabad in Criminal Revision No. 16 of 2019(Arun Katara vs. State of U.P. & another) and order dated 12.12.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad in Complaint Case No. 1683 of 2013(Smt. Ragini Karata vs. Arun Katara and others), under section 323, 506, 498A IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Uttar, District Firozabad by which discharge application filed by petitioner was rejected.

After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has limited his prayer only to decide the complaint case within a stipulated time period.

Without going into merit of the case, it is appropriate that the above case be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, the Court concerned, Firozabad is directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 1683 of 2013(Smt. Ragini Karata vs. Arun Katara and others), under section 323, 506, 498A IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Uttar, District Firozabad expeditiously, if possible within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting adjournment unnecessarily to either of the parties, unless there is any legal impediment.

With aforesaid direction, the instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed of.
