Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are serious anomalies and discrepancies occurred while preparing the petition and accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same in the records.
