Present petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been fled with prayer to issue a direction to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No.166/IX/2021 (Usha Vs. Dileep Kumar) under section 125 Cr.P.C within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners has filed the aforesaid complaint case before the court below and the said case is pending since 14.04.2021.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.The learned counsel for opposite party has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.
The court concerned is directed to make every effort to expedite the hearing of the case, as early as possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observations, present writ petition is disposed of.
