Present petition has been filed stating that the request of the petitioner for grant of ACP has been accepted by the respondents vide order dated 01.02.2023, thus, it is prayed that the benefits that have been accepted should be paid to the petitioner with expedition.
Considering the fact that the respondents have already accepted the benefits of ACP to be granted to the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.1 to ensure payment of the benefits as decided on 01.02.2023 to the petitioner within a period of three months.
This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.
