The instant Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the petitioner, Naresh Dixit , seeking direction to the respondent no.2 to 5 to shift the Police Chowki from Gram Panchayat Bhawan Ganj-Jalalbad, Hardoi to the Gata No. 575 Kha situated in Gram Ganj-Jalalabad, Tehsil Bilgram, District Hardoi in pursuance to the letter dated 26.10.2021 issued by District Magistrate, Hardoi.
Heard Shri Prabhat Kumar Upadhyay, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Indrajeet Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State/respondents no. 1 to 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, he could not disclose the credential of the petitioner in filing the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to not press the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant Public Interest Litigation is
dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition with
better particulars, if so desires.
