1 . The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging that the allotment of the fair price shop license on compassionate ground in favour of the respondent no.5 is not in accordance with law.
2 . The petitioner has not demonstrates any right much less a legal enforceable right in favour of the petitioner for issuance of a writ as prayed in the writ petition.
3 . No good grounds is made out. The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed .
