Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the interim order passed by this court, orders of approval have already been passed in favour of the petitioner which are subject to the outcome of the present writ petition.
In view of the submissions that the orders have already been passed, the writ petition is disposed off.
It is further clarified that the order of approval granted in favour of the petitioner shall not be disturbed merely because the writ petition is disposed off.
