Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the record.

The instant petition has been filed with the following relief:-

"i. Wherefore, it is, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Tehsiladar (Judicial), Tehsil- Mankapur, District-Gonda to decide Case No.441/2015 (Computerized Case No T2015083007441) Gaon Sabha Puredevnath Vs. Ramanand Giri, under section-122(B) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 LR Act/67(1) U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before him expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending consideration since 2022. He added that the interest of justice would subserve if this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to decide Case No.441/2015 (Computerized Case No T2015083007441), 'Gaon Sabha Puredevnath Vs. Ramanand Giri', under section-122(B) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 L.R. Act/67(1) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the respondent no.1 i.e. Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil- Mankapur, District-Gonda, is hereby directed to decide Case No.441/2015 (Computerized

Case No T2015083007441), 'Gaon Sabha Puredevnath Vs. Ramanand Giri', under section-122(B) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 L.R. Act/67(1) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of six months, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.

The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
