Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in criminal history of the applicant, namely, Ram Bahadur total ten criminal cases has been registered, details of which is as under:-

(i) Range Case No.10/2015-16, under Sections 2, 9, 27, 30, 31, 32, 35(6), 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act and Section 26 of Indian Forest Act, Range Bankati, District Kheri.

(ii) Range Case No. 10/2011-12, under Sections 27, 51(1), 52 of Wild Life Protection Act, Range Bankati, District Kheri.

(iii) Range Case No.2/2014-15, under Sections 27, 27(3), 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act and Section 26 of Indian Forest Act, Range Bankati, District Kheri.

(iv) Range Case No.8/2012-13, under Sections 9, 27, 35(6), 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act and Range Bankati, District Kheri.

(v) Range Case No.8/2015-16 under Sections 2, 9, 27, 30, 31, 32, 35(6), 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act and Section 26 of Indian Forest Act, Range Bankati, District Kheri.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that furnishing of two sureties in all ten different cases is almost impracticable as the applicant is facing hardship and he will not be able to arrange twenty sureties to get bail.

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in similar circumstances, namely, in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018) the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 29.10.2018 has permitted the petitioner to submit personal bonds and two sureties of heavy amount to hold good in all the cases.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application (u/s 482 Cr.P.C.) is disposed of and it is directed that the applicant shall furnish a personal bond and two sureties in one case which shall be treated to be valid in all other cases wherein the bail order has been passed.
