Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite and conclude the trial of Complaint Case No.10570 of 2021, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Sandila, District Hardoi.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has filed aforesaid complaint case but same has not been decided by the court below and only general dates are being given, therefore, indulgence of this Court is necessary to direct the court below for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid complaint case.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case has been issued.

Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, learned court below is directed to decide the complaint case of the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the law.

With the aforesaid direction, the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. petition is disposed of .
