- In pursuance of the earlier order dated 10.07.2023, applicant No.1 as well as opposite party No.2 are present in Court.
- It is evident from the record that earlier matter was sent to the Mediation Centre, but it could not be succeeded. As applicant No.1 admitted that he entered into Nikha with someone else and he also informs that he is ready to pay Rs.2,50,000/- to the opposite party No.2.
- Heard Shri Y.S. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Mohd. Waris Farooqui, learned counsel for the private respondent and learned A.G.A. for the State.
- The present application has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 15.04.2014 and order dated 27.04.2019 as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.383 of 2014/2013, under Sections 498 A, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda.
