Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anirudh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the record.

Instant application has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings initiated against the applicant on the basis of the Criminal Case No.411 of 2023 arising out from Case Crime No.304 of 2022, State Vs. Ram Naresh under Section 354Kha, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C. & 7/8 POCSO Act relates to P.S. Gauriganj, District Amethi along with the summoning order dated 13.3.2023 passed by the court of Special Sessions Judge POCSO Act, Court No.12, Sultanpur.

After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the applicant is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. Thus, he submits that the applicant shall surrender before the trial court concerned and will file the bail application and this Court may be pleased to direct the trial court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the applicant surrenders before the trial court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application may be considered and decided in accordance with law, as expeditious as possible.
