1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that similar allegations were leveled in the FIR against all the accused persons. Two of the accused have been enlarged on bail vide orders dated 12.05.2023 and 31.05.2023. As regards the criminal antecedent, the same has been explained in Para - 25 of the bail application and the applicant is on bail in all those cases.

3. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations leveled being similar, the applicant is clearly entitled to bail on the ground of parity, as such, the application is allowed.

5. Let the applicant Mohit Tiwari be released on bail in FIR No.644 of 2020, under Section 302/34 & 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Ayodhya, District Ayodhya on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶11

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶12

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
