Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

The present application has been filed by the applicant to issue an order or direction to the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Case No.436 of 2017 U/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S.- Manikpur, DistrictPratapgarh pending before him, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Case No.436 of 2017 U/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S.- Manikpur, District- Pratapgarh pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 CrPC stands disposed of.
