Krishna Kumari Verma @ Smt. Saroj Verma, who is the revisionist in Criminal Appeal Defective No.373 of 2010 and opposite party No.2 in Criminal Revision No.363 of 2010, has died. It has also been informed that Chandra Shekhar Verma, who is the revisionist in Criminal Revision No.363 of 2010 and opposite party No.2 in Criminal Appeal Defective No.373 of 2010, has also died.
In view of aforesaid, the instant criminal revisions are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
