Heard Sri Y.S. Lohit, learned counsel for the petitioners,Sri Rajiv Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri R.K.Pandey holding brief of Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.5.

Sri Y.S. Lohit, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Shree Bhanveshwar Purv Madhyamik Vidyalaya Badi Panai Sumerpur, Unnao is a Junior Highschool Institution and it is running since 1985. He has submitted that more than thousands of schools have been taken in grant-in-aid by the State of U.P. but the petitioner's school has not been taken in grant-in-aid. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the representation has also been given by the Manger of the Institution to Additional Chief Secretary, Basic Shiksha (Anubhag-3) State of Uttar Pradesh which is annexed as Annenxure no. 35 to the writ petition but no decision has been taken by the State Government till date.

Without entering into the merits of the case, I direct the opposite party no.2/Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Basic Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow to take a decision in pending representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking orders within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
