Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh has produced a copy of letter dated 30.10.2023 preferred by the Under Secretary, Ayush Department, Government of U.P., Lucknow addressing to the Chief Standing Counsel of this Court enclosing therewith the office memo dated 30.10.2023 issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Ayush, Government of U.P., Lucknow making compliance of the order of the writ court, the same is taken on record. Copy of the aforesaid order has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The aforesaid order of compliance dated 30.10.2023 has been passed subject to final outcome of pending special appeal.

In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed .

Notices are discharged.

It is needless to say that in compliance of the office memo dated 30.10.2023 (supra), the petitioner shall be paid his all admissible dues within a period of one month, to be more precise on or before 02.12.2023, failing which liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application in the present contempt petition for revival of the same. If that application is filed and the contempt petition is revived noticing the fact that the petitioner has not been paid his admissible dues in terms of the order of compliance passed by the authority concerned, any appropriate order may be passed against the authorities under the Contempt of Courts Act.
