The instant revision has been preferred against the order dated 19.11.2020 passed by incharge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Hardoi by which the application for releasing the rifle No. 79 AV 2240 license No. 979 has been rejected.
Today when the matter is taken up, Shri Umesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the revision appeared and submitted that he does not wish to press this revision and the revision may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.
On the statement so made by Shri Umesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
