Shri Santosh Kumar Srivastava, advocate, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that he has no instructions to press the instant application, as none has contacted him and he tried his best to contact the applicant, but he could not succeed to contact.
The matter pertains to the year 2011. It seems that by efllux of time, the instant application has become infructuous, thus, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
It is further provided that if the matter still survives, the applicant would have liberty to move the application within period of eight weeks before this Court.
