Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
As per learned counsel for the applicant, the present applicant is apprehending his arrest in FIR/Case Crime No.289 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, Police StationMohanlalganj, District- Lucknow.
At the very outset, learned AGA has informed on the basis of written instructions that charge sheet has been filed against the present applicant under Section 418 IPC.
Since the charge sheet has been filed under such sections, which are bailable in nature, therefore, the present applicant is having no apprehension of arrested. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
