In terms of the orders passed by this Court on 24.02.2023, instructions have been obtained and it is informed that an order has been passed on 01.03.2023 for payment of dues as claimed by the petitioner. The said instructions are taken on record.
In view of the said instructions, nothing survives in the petition. However, the State is directed to make the payments as sanctioned vide order dated 01.03.2023 within a period of six weeks from today.
In the meanwhile, it is further provided that no interference shall be made in the working of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed off in above terms.
