Heard Smt Neelu Singh Chauhan, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Jayant Singh Tomar, the learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2022, under sections 143, 147, 148, 302/34, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao.
The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of the F.I.R. lodged on 03.07.2022 against three named accused persons, including the applicant and two unknown persons stating that all the accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing the family members. Upon objecting against it, all the accused persons started beating the family members and the applicant fired a shot with pistol which hit the informant's brother Eklaq. The F.I.R. further states that the other family members tried to intervene, all the accused persons attacked them with sticks and a chopper. The injured Eklaq was taken to the district hospital, where he died during treatment. The F.I.R. further states that all the accused persons resides in the same vicinity and they were identified in the light of electric bulb.
